Dhail is an iPhone application that allows you to design custom wax seals by combining base shapes, borders, center emblems, and text rings. You can customize wax colors, preview your seal in real time, save designs to an in-App gallery, export high-resolution PNGs to your photo library, and manage your favorite designs and covers. In the Photo Workshop, you can mock up your designed seals on letter or envelope photos, compare with crest reference images, and archive photos of your real wax impressions. Ultimately, Dhail helps you design, preview, and document personal seals from screen to paper.

Specifically regarding your creative work in Dhail:
- Your custom wax seal designs are stored locally on your device to enable the gallery, favorites, and editing features
- When you export high-resolution PNGs to your photo library, this process happens entirely on your device, and we don't access these exported files
- The photos you work with in the Photo Workshop (letter mockups, reference crests, archived real wax impressions) remain under your control on your device
We will never use your personal creative designs for any commercial purposes without your explicit permission.
Data Storage & Security
Local Storage
By default, all your seal designs, favorited items, and photos are stored locally on your iPhone. This means your creative work remains in your control and is not automatically uploaded to any external servers.
Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect the information stored within the App against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Data Control
- You can delete any of your saved designs or photos at any time directly within the App
- Uninstalling Dhail from your device will remove all locally stored design data
- If you use device-level backup, your designs will be included according to your backup settings
- We do not maintain copies of your personal designs on any external servers

App Store Services
When you download Dhail from the App Store, your download and use are subject to App Store's terms and privacy policies. We do not control how Apple collects or processes your data through the App Store platform.
Analytics & Crash Reporting
We may use standard third-party analytics and crash reporting tools to understand App performance and usage. These tools collect anonymized technical data about how you use the App, which helps us identify issues and improve Dhail's functionality for all users. This data does not include your personal design content.
Photo Library Access
Dhail requests access to your iPhone's photo library only for the purposes of exporting your finished seal designs and importing photos for the Photo Workshop features. We do not access, collect, or share any photos from your library that you haven't specifically used within Dhail's features.
